    Part of what we charge depends on whether it worked.

    Keeping it working stays our job. Your team doesn’t need anyone who understands how it works.
    A small retainer
    Covers running it, watching it, and fixing it when a carrier changes something. Deliberately small.
    Aligned incentives, shared outcomes
    Most of what we charge is a percentage of what we measure it saved you, against a number we agree before we start.

    If it doesn’t save you anything, that’s our problem.

    It starts with an hour on your screen, going through ten real ones. That hour costs nothing, and nothing gets built until we have both agreed a number it has to beat. The most you can lose before then is the hour.
